੫੦੦ ਏਕੜ ਜਮੀਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈ ਇਹ ਸਾਧ , ਮਕਸੂਦੜਾ ਵਾਸੀਆ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਜਮੀਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਖਤੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਹ ਨਹੀ ਸਕਦਾ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਜਮੀਨ ਦੀ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾੜ ਸਕਦਾ ਇਹ ਜਮੀਨ ਬੇਅਬਾਦ ਪਈ ਹੈ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਸੂ ਸਵੇਰ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਗ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਆ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਧ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀ ਗਿਆ ਇਹ ਸਾਧ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ ਕਿਹਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਛੁ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਜੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਇਸ ਜਮੀਨ ਤੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਗੁਰਮਤ ਮਿਸ਼ਨਰੀ ਕਾਲਿਜ, ਸਕੂਲ ਜਾਂ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਬਣ ਜਾਦਾ ਲੱਖਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਧ ਪਾਖੰਡ ਵਾਜੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਲੋਕ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਨੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਾਧ ਜਾਣ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਰੋਪ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਦੇ ਨੇ

Once a king in India went to Guru Nanak Dev Ji and asked: "O Guru! As you told us , God Himself supports His true worshiper, but God has so many apostles, why does He support Himself? Why does He not send His apostles to help the worshiper?" As he said this, his own son who was playing on the bank of a river nearby slipped in the river. The king did not wait for a second and jumped in the river as well to save his child. After saving his child he returned to the Guru. The Guru asked : " My dear friend, you were sitting here with me a minute ago and why did you jump in the river? The king explained that his son had slipped into the river and he went to save him. Then the Guru asked : "Dear friend, you have so many servants , why did you jump in the river yourself? Why did not you send your servants to save him?" ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਦਾ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵੀ ਉਨਾ ਹੀ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਹੈ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਸਭਿਅਤਾ ਦਾ। ਪਰ ਇਹ ਕੋਈ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਵ ਤਾਂ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ-ਮਿਣਤੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਕੌਮ ਲਈ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਦਿਹਾੜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਹੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੇਹੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੰੂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਚੰਦ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਂ ਸੂਰਜ ਦੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਲੰਬਾਈ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹਰ ਧਰਮ ਜਾਂ ਕੌਮ ਦਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਹੈ। ਜਿਵੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ, ਹਿੰਦੂਆਂ, ਇਸਾਈਆਂ, ਯਹੂਦੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ। ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕੌਮ ਦਾ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਸਾਂਝ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਹੈ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ। ਨਾਨਕਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ ਦੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਇਕ ਵੇਰ ਫੇਰ ਅਖਬਾਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੁਰਖੀਆਂ ਦਾ
